Im liking the architecture for the new 100 unit housing project on Main and 1st that is due to be ready in 3years. The area which is surrounded by some empty plots of land, skytrain, fastfood, carshops and industrial lands will be going through a change in the enxt couple of years and im glad to see new affordable housing being built. Alot of co-ops and other forms of social housing dont tend to look this good, but its important that they have a nice feel to them as they can affect the mood ofpeople and uplift their spirits especially those who need the help the most.
