Vancouver has been named the 4th most expensive city in the world behind Honolulu and two cities in Australia. Whats interesting is that most cities in this top 60 are coastal cities; people like living by water. The only Canadian cities in the top 60 including Vancouver were Victoria, Kelowna and Abbotsford, all in BC!.All according to:
